Beth Hobart | Realtor®
Beth Hobart believes everyone deserves someone they trust in their corner, especially when buying or selling a home. Named Orlando Business Journal’s 2026 Businesswoman of the Year, Beth has spent more than two decades building a real estate business rooted in personal relationships, honest guidance, and a deep commitment to Central Florida.
A Realtor since 2005 and leader of the Beth Hobart Team at Mainframe Real Estate, Beth combines a background in advertising and marketing with strong negotiation skills and meticulous attention to detail. She approaches each home with a creative eye and a clear strategy, helping sellers prepare and present their property while helping buyers look beyond first impressions to understand the opportunities and responsibilities of homeownership.
Working with Beth means knowing where things stand, understanding your options, and having an advocate who stays involved. She asks questions, anticipates obstacles, and has the candid conversations that help clients make confident decisions. From preparing a home for market to navigating inspections and negotiating repairs, she brings persistence, perspective, and a sense of humor to a process that can sometimes feel overwhelming.
That care continues well beyond closing. Beth often tells her clients, “I come with the house,” and she means it. Whether they need a trusted contractor, advice about an improvement, or help planning their next move, she remains a resource. Her business has grown largely through repeat clients and referrals, with many client relationships becoming lifelong friendships.
Beth has been Mainframe Real Estate’s number-one agent for closed sales since 2017. In 2025, she closed nearly $30 million across 50 transactions. Her recognition includes six Orlando Weekly Best Realtor in Orlando wins, a place among Orlando magazine’s Hot 100 Real Estate professionals since 2015, and the Orlando Regional Realtor Association’s Diamond Award. Her 2026 Businesswoman of the Year recognition is her proudest professional honor, bringing together the business leadership and community service that have shaped her career.
Beth’s love for Orlando shows up in how she serves it. She currently serves as a Trustee of the Downtown Orlando Partnership and has held board roles with Florida Executive Women, the Orlando City Soccer Foundation, and the City of Orlando’s Historic Preservation Board. She is a graduate of Leadership Orlando Class 90 and served as the 2015 president of the Orlando Women’s Council of Realtors. A volunteer with Quest, Inc. since 2001 and a supporter of REBUILD globally alongside her husband, Jim, since 2011, Beth believes in showing up consistently for the causes and people she cares about. Her service has earned her the Women’s Council of Realtors Humanitarian of the Year award, Orlando Real Producers’ Impact Leadership Award, and Mainframe’s Community Champion Award.
Outside of real estate, Beth has completed the New York City, Chicago, Marine Corps, and Disney marathons, along with numerous half marathons and 5Ks. She and her husband of more than 20 years, Jim, love starting the day with a neighborhood coffee walk alongside their dog, Teddy, while their two cats, Glen and Stella, hold down the fort at home. Her love of coffee is well known, but it’s the time spent with Jim, friends, family, and their pets that keeps her grounded in the everyday connections that make Orlando home.

Avery Fields | Showing Specialist, Realtor®
Avery grew up in North Carolina and earned her bachelor’s degree in Community and Therapeutic Parks and Recreation from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, with a focus on community-centered event planning and business development. She moved to Orlando in 2017 and began working at Downtown CREDO, where she met her husband, Nathan. In 2024, they bought CREDO together, deepening their roots in the community before Avery earned her real estate license.
As a local business owner and real estate professional, Avery brings firsthand knowledge of Orlando’s neighborhoods, local markets, and the everyday details that make each area distinct. From community events and neighborhood coffee shops to favorite restaurants and new openings, she loves helping clients get to know the city beyond a listing. Her approach combines that local perspective with attentive service, thoughtful questions, and a genuine interest in what matters most to each client.
When she’s not working, Avery enjoys painting, exploring Orlando’s food and drink scene, and spending time with Nathan and their two cats.
Laine Little | Operations Manager & Client Relations Coordinator
Real estate has been the backdrop of Laine Johnson’s life for as long as she can remember. With parents who have been licensed agents since she was a little girl, a brother in real estate, and a sister-in-law in mortgage lending, navigating property transactions is practically second nature to her family.
Over her 26+ years as a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Laine has worked across nearly every facet of the business. As the Operations Manager for The Beth Hobart Team, she focuses on what she does best: managing the critical behind-the-scenes details, streamlining processes, and ensuring every single transaction reaches the closing table without a hitch.
Outside of work, Laine’s home is just as active as her career. She is deeply passionate about dog rescue, regularly fostering dogs and caring for her own lively household of three dogs, three cats, and two chickens. In her free time, she enjoys cooking up new recipes, tackling puzzles and craft projects, reading, and watching football and hockey with her family.
